When I look at this picture, I'm reminded of a flower's life cycle. Buds, withering versus fresh, blooming flowers (when insects hop in to get their daily doze of Vitamin [N]ectar). Lately most of my shots have been naturistic and I love every moment of it. To be outside, with just a camera in hand and the nature all around you -- ready, magnificent and open -- is a feeling like no other. I bet a lot of people out there can put poetic and long words to that feeling, but when it comes to me to write something out... I find myself at a serious loss for words. I guess pictures speak for themselves? I sure hope they do :) This was taken in Ann Arbor, Michigan this Fall.
